The ACF Adoptions’ ACF+ program is a driving force in supporting medically complex children and their families. With our diverse community of medical and legal professionals, birth/expectant parents, adoptive parents, and child welfare workers, ACF+ bridges gaps and brings people and resources together to improve the lives of medically complex children. ACF+ is purely focused on finding safe, loving, and nurturing homes for children who are medically complex and/or have special needs.
With services provided by ACF+, birth and expectant parents are protected and valued, adoptive parents are supported and educated, and children are given access to the resources they need to reach their fullest potential.
We need your support to ensure that anyone who needs our services can find us. Additionally, donations help cover program expenses allowing us to provide our specialized services to adoptive parents at a reasonable cost. Your support of our organization makes a real, generational impact in the lives of medically complex children and their families.
